No. We can provide transportation, accompaniment, and note-taking at appointments, but we do not provide medical advice or medical care. Services requiring a medical license are referred to appropriately qualified professionals.
Yes. We can connect you with a member of our personally evaluated vendor network or coordinate the process for you. A 10% coordination fee applies when we engage our vendor network on your behalf.
Before introducing a vendor to clients, we have them work in our own home so we can personally assess the quality of their work.
Yes. We have provided transportation for doctors' appointments, airports, salons, and other appointments and needs.
Yes. Pet care is provided according to the owner's instructions, including routine care and oral medication when appropriate.

Our regular contact hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Weekend availability varies and may be available depending on the circumstances.
